How to recharge a guide gear 5-in-1 power station

The Guide Gear 5-in-1 Power Station sold by The Sportsman's Guide is a rechargeable, easy-to-transport unit with a built-in air compressor, jump leads, a LED worklight, and a number of other features. Of course, unless you keep the 5-in-1 Power Station charged, it's pretty much useless. Fortunately recharging a Guide Gear 5-in-1 Power Station is easily done in your home or car.

    Recharge at Home

    Lift the plastic lid on the front of the unit.

  2. 2

    Lift the rubber cover over the adaptor input located next to the left gauge on the front of the unit.

  3. 3

    Connect the power adaptor to the input.

  4. 4

    Plug the power adaptor into a working wall outlet. The unit is now recharging.

    Recharge on the Road

    Lift the plastic lid on the front of the unit.

    Connect the power adaptor to the input.

    Plug the other end of the car adaptor into your car's cigarette lighter outlet. The unit is now recharging.

Tips and warnings

  • The 5-in-1 Power Station may take several hours before it reaches a full charge.
  • Do not leave the device charging in your car when it's not running. This could drain your car's battery.
