Orange France is one of the leading telecommunication companies in France. Orange France Internet service accounts include e-mail. Add your Orange France e-mail account in Outlook and check your e-mail from anywhere.
Launch Outlook. Click the "Tools" menu at the top of the screen, then click "Account Settings."
Click the "New" button in the window that appears.
Select the radio button labelled "Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP or HTTP" and click "Next."
Enter your name, e-mail address and password. The name should be entered as you would like others to see it when receiving a message from you. Place a check in the box labelled "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click "Next."
Select the radio button labelled "Internet e-mail" and click "Next." On the next screen, your name and e-mail address will already be filled in.
Select "POP3" or "IMAP" using the "Account Type" drop-down menu. If you use POP3 e-mail, messages will be stored on your computer. If you use IMAP, messages will be stored on the remote server.
Enter "pop.orange.fr" as the incoming server address if you selected "POP3" in the previous step, or "imap.orange.fr" if you selected "IMAP."
Enter "smtp.orange.fr" as your outgoing e-mail server unless you subscribe to the "Gigamail" option for increased message storage space. If you are a Gigamail subscriber, enter "smtp.premium.orange.fr" as the outgoing server address.
Enter your user name and password, then click the "More Settings" button.
Click the "Outgoing Server" tap, then place a check in the box labelled "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication."
Click "OK," then click "Next," "Finish" and "Close." The Orange France e-mail account is ready to use.
