There is nothing worse than the feeling of forgetting a friend's birthday. Add your friends' and family's birthdays to Microsoft Outlook's Calendar to never forget again--you can even set up reminders to alert you as the date approaches. Outlook automatically imports your contacts' birthdays into your calendar, so long as the birthday is listed within the contact card. Take the time to add these important dates once and never forget another birthday.

Things you need
- Microsoft Outlook
Open Outlook. Open the Contacts folder.
Select a specific contact. Select the "Details" tab.
Enter the contact's birthday in the field labelled "Birthday." Select "OK/Save" to save and close the contact card. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for each contact birthday you wish to add to your calendar.
Open the Outlook Calendar. The contact's birthday will be automatically imported into the calendar, listed as "John Doe's Birthday" as an all-day event at the top of the specific day.
