You're an escaped convict rebuilding your gang of miscreants in “Saints Row 2.” Before you start your game you'll first be allowed to create a custom character with full control over every physical aspect from body type to facial features to hair. Creative players can replicate celebrities in the game's character creation menu and have their gang led by one of the Jonas Brothers or Meryl Streep. Aside from the initial character creation, you can change your character's look at any time in the game's plastic surgery clinics.

Gather together pictures of the famous person you wish to replicate. The most important aspect of your created character will be the face so head shots or closeups work best. Have the pictures next to you when you are designing your character in Saints Row 2.
Start a new game in "Saints Row 2" or visit one of the plastic surgery hospitals in the game. The plastic surgeon is known as “Image by Design” and is located in each of the game's districts.
Select the gender of your character to match your celebrity.
Select “Body” from the creation menu. Adjust the “Shape” to change the height of your character and then adjust the muscularity and fatness to match. For example, if you're making British comedian Ricky Gervais you will have a higher fat rating and a lower muscularity rating.
Select the skin tone of your celebrity as well as his age from the “Body” menu.
Chose “Face” from the selection menu. You will work your way from the top of her head to the bottom. Select the size of her head and adjust the skull width and depth as well as the brow spacing.
Adjust the eyes by selecting the spacing, folds and height. Refer to your photographs and adjust until your onscreen eyes match the picture. Change the eye colour and iris to match.
Change the nose to match your celebrity's. You can control how the nose slopes, the spacing of the nostrils and the depth of the tip. Rotate your character to ensure his nose resembles your celebrity in profile as well as head on.
Adjust the mouth to the correct height and width. You can adjust the size of each lip individually as well.
Choose “Head” from the creation menu and select a hairstyle for your celebrity look-a-like. Since your famous inspiration might change her hair monthly, choose a style that you find most appealing on your avatar.
Add facial hair and sideburns from the “Head” menu as well. You can create an Al Pacino with or without a goatee if you choose.
Save your creation and return to the game. Travel to any clothing store to pick up new threads that match your celebrity's style, then jump into the world of gang warfare.
