Connect the BlackBerry device to your PC using the USB cable. This also opens the Blackberry Desktop Manager.
Choose the "Synchronize" option on the Desktop Manager.
Choose "Configure," then click on "Contacts, Calendars, Notes and Tasks."
Choose "Outlook" for your contacts.
