Refog Free Keylogger is a commercial spyware application that is designed to record every key pressed on the user's computer, take screen snapshots, and e-mail the information back to the person who installed it. Although it has a use as a software to keep an eye on your children's online activities, this keylogger may be installed on your computer without your knowledge by a household member just to spy on you. You cannot uninstall this spyware without knowing the master password set by the installer. However, you can delete the password requirement and then remove the spyware.

Go to the "Start" menu and click "Run."
Type "%allusersprofile%\Application Data\MPK" (Windows XP) or "%allusersprofile%\MPK" (Windows 7 and Vista) and click on "OK."
Locate the "S0000" file in the new window and delete it.
