All HP computers come with a program called "Shop for HP Supplies" installed. This program makes shopping for HP products possible with just a click of the mouse. However, despite its convenience to HP customers, it may be an annoyance to others. Removing the Shop for HP Supplies program is neither harmful nor time consuming and you will save space on your hard drive.

Uninstall the program. Go to the start menu and open the "Control Panel." Select "Programs and Features" or "Add and Remove Programs" for Vista computers.
Select the Shop for HP Supplies program. Click "Remove" to uninstall the program.
Delete the Shop for HP Supplies folder. Go to "C:>Program Files>HP>HPSSUPPLY" and delete the entire folder.
Clean your registry. Go to the CCleaner website and download the latest version of the program. Install and click "Registry." Select "Scan for Issues" to remove Shop for HP Supplies from your registry.
Save all open documents and restart your computer.
