If you sleep alone snoring may not be a problem. But, if you sleep with someone or if someone sleeps in a nearby room, your snoring may be interrupting someone else's sleep. There are a variety of products on the market to help eliminate or reduce snoring. One is the Stop Snoring Wristband that has a small microphone to detect your snoring. After the microphone picks up the sound it sends a low electronic pulse to your wrist that is designed to encourage you to change sleeping positions, rather than waking you up.
