Equifax is one of the three major credit reporting agencies. It offers a credit monitoring service that allows you to take a look at your report any time you want and will update you when there's a change. After the trial period, there's a £9 recurring monthly charge for this service that's notoriously difficult to cancel. Use the correct phone number and prompt choices to get a live person on the phone to handle any credit issues you might have such as cancellation, credit inquiries, credit fraud or account freezing.
