Hair colour toner can be used to brighten the colour of your hair or slightly change the shade of hair colour. Applying hair colour toner should be a very quick process and thus it is important that you know the proper way to mix the hair toner. If the hair toner is not the perfect consistency, the liquid may simply run off of your hair, keeping the toner from having any real effect on your hair.
