Your Dell Dimension 3100 desktop computer includes a restore feature that lets you revert the computer system to its original factory set-up. If your Dimension computer has been running slowly or has been infected with a virus that prevents the system from working properly you can fix the issue by using the restore feature. The Dell restoration feature is saved on a separate hard drive partition that can be accessed by restarting your computer and bringing up the set-up menu.
