How to Save Money Online With Invisible Hand

Have you ever wondered if the price you see in an online store for an item you need is actually the best price available? Now there is a free add-on for the Firefox browser that will come right out and tell you when there is a better price to be had by shopping somewhere else. The add-on responsible for this money-saving magic is called Invisible Hand. It gives you real-time prices for an array of web stores such as Amazon, Borders, Buy, Crutchfield, Lowe's, Home Depot, Sears, Wal Mart, Toys R Us and many more. Here is how it works.

Difficulty: Easy

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

To use Invisible Hand, open Firefox and go to the Get Invisible Hand site. Download and install the add-on.

  2. 2

When you are shopping for an item, Invisible Hand will look at all the retailers in its network to see if there is a better price. If there is, it will insert a small notice at the top of the browser window to alert you. If you want to buy from the cheaper store, simply click the link.

  3. 3

You'll probably have to restart Firefox after the installation.

  4. 4

Whenever you shop using Firefox as your browser, Invisible Hand will show you money-saving options.
