Apple's iPhone smartphone allows you to sync the calendars, notes, contacts and media stored on your computer with the device. Outlook users are left out in the cold, however, as there is no default way to sync Outlook tasks with the iPhone. If you want to sync your Outlook tasks with your iPhone, you must use a third-party application.

Open the computer's Web browser and navigate to Toodledo.com. Click the "Register" button, type an e-mail address and password in the spaces provided, and click the "Sign In" button to sign into your Toodledo account.
Open the computer's Web browser and navigate to "chromadrake.com." Click the "Software" link, followed by the "ToodledoSync" link. Click the "Download" link to download the program onto the computer. Once the application is finished downloading, double-click the application's install icon and follow the onscreen instructions to install the application.
Double-click the ToodledoSync application icon to launch the application. The application will automatically open to the "Synchronization" page.
Open the computer's Web browser and log in to your Toodledo account. Click the "Account Settings" link on the left side of your Toodledo home page, and write down the sequence of numbers and letters listed next to the "Unique ID" heading.
Type the unique ID you wrote down in Step 4 into the Synchronization page on the ToodledoSync application. Click the "File" tab and select the "Close" option from the File menu.
Right-click the green checkmark icon in the computer's task bar and select the "Manual Sync" option from the context menu that appears.
Tap the "Safari" icon on the iPhone's home screen to launch the Web browser. Type "toodledo.com/slim" into the browser's address bar and tap the "Go" button. Enter your Toodledo e-mail address and password in the spaces provided, and tap the "Sign In" button. Your Outlook tasks will now be displayed in the Safari browser.
