LEGO toys have been around for many decades, and as such, have been the culprit of unique customisations duplicating trendy pop culture icons. With video games such as "Halo" at an all-time high in popularity, many LEGO fans have taken it upon themselves to recreate the popular "Spartan" design from the "Halo" series. With a quick customisation, a standard LEGO motorcycle helmet and body can be transformed into a Halo Spartan.

Cut the two protruding "hip connectors" from the top half of the LEGO legs with a pair of scissors. Connect a new LEGO torso to the cut off part of the legs.
Drive a nail into the back of the LEGO body piece with your hammer, careful not to pierce through the front. Connect the LEGO body piece to the modified legs and insert a LEGO gun by the handle into the hole.
Colour the helmet and areas of the body to your own personal tastes with a permanent marker for the primary colour. Colour the rest of the LEGO figure with a second marker for a secondary colour in the areas of your choosing, i.e. helmet visor, front of arms and legs.
