Fold down and press 3 inches of the wallet, and sew around all four sides of the piece you folded down. This will serve as the top flap.
Pull up and fold over 3 inches from the bottom of the leather. Press the leather down.
Sew along the sides, close to the edge and back, stitching at both ends. This will create your pocket.
