Things you need
- Decorative curtain rod
- Unfinished wood picture frames
- Paint or stain
- Foam crafter's brush
Measure the space that you have and then buy a decorative curtain rod.
Buy unfinished wooden frames at your local craft store according to the size of the photos that you will be framing. Paint or stain your wooden frames using a foam crafter's brush.
Decide how long you want your pictures to hang down from the rod. Cut ribbon to that length and then staple the ribbon to the back of the frames. The easiest way to do this is to staple the ribbon at each corner of the frame. A fun way to hang the frames is to hang them sporadically, like in a zigzag manner. This looks especially nice when you have four or more frames. So if that is a look that you are interested in, then keep the different sizes in mind as you cut the ribbon.
Place photos in the frames after you have finished them and stapled the ribbon on them. Hang the curtain rod in your desired location according to the packaging instructions.
Slide the picture frames on the rod, just as you would curtains. Position them to how you want them.
