    To tighten the skin around the neck, lie back on a soft blanket and place a small pillow under your head. Stretch your legs straight out in front of you. Looking up at the ceiling, slowly lift your head 3 to 4 inches, then slowly bring it back down. Do not use your abdominal muscles; try to rely completely on your neck muscles to do the exercise. Repeat this exercise 10 times.

    To tighten the bags under your eyes, open your mouth and shape the opening of your mouth into a large "O" shape. Place an index finger on the outer corner of each eye and the corresponding middle finger into the crease of the eye. Look up at the ceiling using just your eyeballs and make a hard squint. Hold the squint for 5 seconds, then release. Repeat this exercise 30 times.

    To build your cheekbones, open your mouth and create the same open "O" shape as you did during the exercise in step 2. Place an index finger on the upper part of each cheekbone, right underneath your eyes. Slowly lift your cheeks, raising your fingers as you lift. Then release the cheekbones. Repeat this exercise for 20 times.
