Many of us would love to have a bellybutton ring to accentuate our stomachs, but either don't have the money or don't want the pain and upkeep it requires. You also run the chance of infection when you have a real pierced naval. A fake bellybutton ring made with a few items can be the solution to your problem. This is also a good thing to try if you are considering an actual piercing and want to see what it will look like.

Things you need

    Going Fake

  1. 1

Get a dangle earring. Lengthy is OK, but bulky is not.

  2. 2

Remove the hook from the earring with your pliers. Make sure to leave behind the top loop of the earring.

  3. 3

Use eyelash glue to attach the earring. Place a dab of glue on the topside of your belly button where you want the earring to be. Then stick the earring to the glue. For a snug fit, pull your skin out a little.

  4. 4

Attach a rhinestone sticker just above your belly button. It will make it look like there's two parts to the piercing and give it a realistic look.

  • Carry your glue with you in case you need to do a touch-up.
  • Eyelash glue is very sticky so be careful to only get it where you want it.
