A smart phone designed by Apple with features that include applications and video calls, it can also be paired with Apple's own iPhone Bluetooth headset. Unlike other Bluetooth headsets, the iPhone features auto-pairing, which sets the iPhone to pair with only one headset, thus preventing connections with other Bluetooth headsets. Setting up the iPhone's Bluetooth headset is easy, as it comes with everything you need right out of the box.

Skill level:

  1. 1

Connect the "iPhone Dual Dock" that came with the Bluetooth headset to your computer using the USB cord that is included.

  2. 2

Place the iPhone and the Bluetooth headset in the dock. Charge the Bluetooth headset for an hour or until the status light turns from amber to green.

  3. 3

Remove the iPhone and Bluetooth headset from the "iPhone Dual Dock" and press the button on the top of the Bluetooth headset to turn it on. When it is connected to the iPhone a blue or white Bluetooth icon appears in the iPhone status bar at the top of the screen, indicating that you are ready to make and receive phone calls.
