Carefully layer the ingredients and you'll see all the colours of a traffic light. Serves 1.

Things you need

  • 30 ml (1 fl oz) Southern Comfort

  • 30 ml (1 oz) peach Schnapps

  • 60 ml (2 oz) Blue Curacao

  • 60 ml (3 tbsp) raspberry cordial

  • 100 ml (3 oz) orange juice

  • Ice

  • Cocktail Glass

  • Cocktail Shaker

Put the ice, Southern Comfort®, schnapps and orange juice in a shaker.

Shake six to eight times.

Pour into a cocktail glass.

Pour the Curacao over the back of a spoon so that it sinks to the bottom without mixing.

Float the raspberry cordial on top.

Tips

  • Pour the Southern Comfort® mix first, then float the cordial, and use green crème de menthe on the top and no Curacao to get a Cameroon Cooler.

Warnings

  • Mixed drinks contain alcohol, so use moderation. Never drink and drive.
