Step 1
Build your base. Take unopened boxes and arrange them next to each other to form a solid foundation.
-
Step 2
Build up from your base. It makes the most sense to build in such a way that you can stagger each level so that your boxes are interlinked, this way they will not lean or sway on contact. Build up to a level just below the chest of your average customer.
-
Step 3
Now cut the next level of boxes open to showcase the product. Use a box cutter to open the front of a case of product so that the jars and glass goods are visible from the front. The end case can be closed on the side to prevent items from falling or customers from taking jars from the side.
-
Step 4
Add another level as necessary. Customers should be reaching for your top level to take products from the end cap.
-
Step 5
Put up any signs with prices or rebates where they will not be in the way of customers picking up the product. Make sure your stockers have a way of maintaining the display and getting rid of trash when they consolidate the end cap later.
