In the PC game "The Sims 3" you have the freedom to customise your Sims' looks with the powerful "Create-A-Sim" tool. This tool gives you control over not only what your Sim wears, but also how his body looks, including all facial features. A wide range of options for ears, eyes, nose, mouth and cheeks allow you to change details of your male Sim's appearance to make him look more feminine. The hair, clothing and make-up you choose can also help to create a more feminine semblance.

Click the "Hairbrush" icon in the left column to define your Sim's hairstyle. Click on a style that appears feminine to you. Long hair and mullet options are available, as well as several punk styles reminiscent of glam rock artists, if you are going for the androgynous super star look. Click a hair colour choice below the styles.
Click the eyebrows icon below the hair styles icon to give your Sim thinner brows. Uncheck the box that requires eyebrows to match the hair root colour if you gave your Sim light-coloured hair. You want the brows to enhance the feminine look.

Click the "Blush" tab, and add a light pink shade to your Sim's cheeks to highlight the high cheekbones you gave him.
Click the "Lipstick" tab, and add a pale pink shade to the lips, just enough to give them definition and look natural, but more prominent.
