on 16/02/2010 Enjoy eating each and ever seed by hand! It's more fun (and ok, a little bit more messy, but hey!)and it makees it last a lot longer! Pomegranets are really healthy and I know I enjoy eating all those seeds!

on 22/11/2005 Cut the pomegranate in half, hold one half over a plate and bash the shell with a wooden spoon. The seeds will come out. No more tedious picking out with a cocktail stick!
