The Grinch is a famous character from the Dr. Seuss book “How the Grinch Stole Christmas.” By using one of the various free photo editing websites available, it is possible to merge two photos into one. By doing this, you can fade a picture of someone onto the face of the Grinch, thus creating the look of the Grinch. The task does not require any Photoshop editing skills, and can be completed in 15-20 minutes.

Select the "Blender" option from the top bar. This will allow you to merge the two images together.

  5. 5

Click "Photo" then "Upload Photo." Choose the picture that you want to merge onto the face of the Grinch. Once the image is uploaded, drag and drop the picture onto the image of the Grinch, adjusting the image until it is properly aligned.

  8. 8

Enter a name for your new image and click "Save Photo."

Tips and warnings

  • When taking a picture to place over the Grinch, try and have a similar expression, as the two images will blend better.
  • To avoid any contrasting colours, create a green overlay on your picture, before blending it with the picture of the Grinch. This can also be done using free photo editing programmes such as iPiccy.
