How to tie a Pandora string bracelet

Updated April 17, 2017

If you have a Pandora string bracelet, you should learn how to fasten the ends of it to prevent your beads and charms slipping off and getting lost. The standard knot is the best option for securing the bracelet, because it will never come undone. This knot can be used to fasten the ends of Pandora string necklaces as well as bracelets.

Lay the string bracelet straight on a flat surface in front of you. Fold the string to create a length half as long as the original length.

Slide your beads or charms onto the bracelet until they are in the centre. Lift the loose ends of the bracelet and slip them through the looped end.

Create another loop with the ends of the bracelet. Slide the ends through the loop. Pull them tight.

Vary the standard knot by placing the charms in two layers before folding the string and securing the knot.
