How to check an iTunes statement

iTunes allows you to buy a wide variety of digital media including music, ringtones, TV shows, films, apps and audiobooks via the iTunes Store. Every time you make a purchase, iTunes creates a statement showing the date and cost and assigns an order number to the purchase. If you suspect there is a problem with your bill, or simply want to check on your purchases, you can view your purchase history and order numbers in your iTunes account.

    Open iTunes and click "iTunes Store." Click the "Sign In" link in the upper right corner. Enter your Apple ID and password.

    Wait for the iTunes Store to open. Click the button with your email address on it. Enter your Apple ID and password again, then click "View Account."

    Click "Purchase History." By default you will see a list of your most recent purchases first. Click "Previous" to view earlier purchases. Click the arrow next to an individual order number to see a more detailed statement for that order.

  • If there is a problem with your statement, you can contact iTunes support by clicking the "Report a Problem" button next to the disputed item.
