with children, or just being a nuisance is not a Service Animal. Although, training can be extensive for certain disabilities, sit, stay, no, down is not considered a Service Animal. Their are people who bring in small "pets" in carriers, backpacks, or just hand held, this does not mean they are Service Dogs. However, owners of public facilities  may allow this as long as they are carrying them. What is confusing is trying to figure out which is for Service and which is a pet. This article was written due to harassment of a disabled person. I train Karma myself with consideration of others, and public access.
