3 slices of bacon

200 grams (1 and 1/2 cups) flour

12 grams (1 tbsp) sugar

8 grams (2 tsp) baking powder

4 grams (1 tsp) baking soda

1 gram (1/8 tsp) powdered garlic

1 gram (1/8 tsp) powdered onion

8 grams (1 tsp) kosher salt

85 grams (8 tbsp) butter

100 grams (1 cup) of grated cheddar cheese

250 grams (1 cup) cream

Cook the bacon on a big pan on medium heat until crispy and then dry the slices on paper towels. Chop the bacon and put it aside for a short while. Preheat your oven at 200 degrees C (425 degrees F). Then, in a big bowl, pour the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, powdered onion, powdered garlic and salt. Add the butter and mix the ingredients with your hands. Add the bacon and the cheese, making sure they are evenly distributed. Pour the cream into the bowl and mix until every ingredient is thoroughly incorporated. Use a cup to measure the amount of dough for each biscuit (they should fill about 1/4 of the cup) and put them on a baking sheet on a tray. Bake them for 15 to 20 minutes, or until their tops start turning golden brown and a knife comes out clean when piercing them.
