Fried rice gone spicy
Heat a wok over high heat and coat peanut oil over the entire wok. Once the pan becomes hot, add the garlic, ginger, and onions and mix for one minute. Add the cold rice and break up any clumps. Mix in the peas and corn and str fry until the rice starts to brown.
Add the Sriracha sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well so that the sauces coat the rice mixture. Serve hot with the chopped green onion, a sprinkle of sesame seeds and a fried egg.
