Bacon wrapped cocktail sausages for Christmas
Preheat the over to 200°C/400°F. Halve the bacon using a knife and wrap the bacon around each sausage. Quickly brown each ‘pigs in blankets’ in a frying pan on the stovetop, cooking for at least 3 minutes.
Transfer the ‘pigs’ to a roasting pan and place in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown colour and the sausages have thoroughly cooked. After 10 minutes, flip each ‘pig’ over so that it cooks evenly. Cool for 5 minutes and serve immediately.
