Zesty dressing in five minutes
Mince the garlic and onion, top with a pinch of salt. Measure all the other ingredients into a small bowl: mayonnaise, ketchup, relish and vinegar. Add the garlic and onion and mix well.
Once all the ingredients are well mixed, taste the dressing to adjust the flavour. If you prefer a sweeter dressing, add more ketchup and relish. The mixture should be an orangey pink colour.
For best results, chill the dressing in the refrigerator for before serving so that the ingredients can marry. The dressing will last for up to four days in the refrigerator
