The MSI HT2000 Serverworks motherboard is a hardware component made for fast computer processing for server machines. These motherboards are purchased separately and are installed in computers that require fast processing for multiple connections and users.

ServerWorks HT2000 motherboards offer a maximum 64 gigabyte server memory. This is a large amount of memory, typically not needed in personal computers, but it's required for servers with multiple users connected and running applications that take up much computing power.

The motherboard is a central component that all components connect to on the computer. The central processing unit (CPU) is mounted to the motherboard, and the hard drives, fan, memory and expansion cards are also connected. The MSI motherboard has no audio output, but that is not necessarily needed for servers. It has an on-board network card and it comes with monitoring software to keep track of CPU processes and temperature.

Motherboards installed on your server must be closely monitored for temperature. The HT2000 motherboard comes with the MSI iConsole software. This software installs on your server and lets you monitor each process. If any part overheats or goes bad, you can quickly replace it before the server goes down. The motherboard is discontinued by MSI, but you may find it in older servers.
