What is the setup for a dual lnb?
Dual low-noise blocks enable you to connect multiple satellite receivers. (dual lnb di una parabola image by domyre from Fotolia.com)

Dual LNBs or low noise blocks allow you to connect multiple satellite receivers to one satellite dish. The set-up process for dual LNB satellite dishes is very similar to single LNB dishes.

LNBs are the part of your satellite system that magnify the signal from the satellites and send it to the receivers. You will need a multi-switch to connect the receivers to LNBs.

Connecting Multi-Switch

Connect two coaxial cables to the LNB ports on the satellite dish. Fasten the opposite side of the cables to one side of the multi-switch.

Connecting Receiver

Connect two other coaxial cables to the "To Receiver" jacks on the multi-switch. Attach the other end of the cables to the "LNB IN" jacks on the rear-panel of your satellite receivers.
