Coconut yoghurt, made from coconut milk, offers a dairy-free, lactose-free, soy-free and gluten-free solution for vegans and those with food allergies. Coconut yoghurt comes plain and in several flavours including pineapple, vanilla, blueberry and strawberry-banana.


Turtle Mountain, a dairy-free product manufacturer, lists ingredients on the So Delicious brand container in order, from most to least amount. So Delicious coconut yoghurt main ingredients include water, coconut milk, evaporated cane juice, fruit and chicory root extract.

Nutritional Value

According to Turtle Mountain, a 170gr. serving of coconut yoghurt contains approximately 150 calories. Additionally, the yoghurt contains 26 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of fibre and one gram of protein. Sugar content varies based on flavouring ingredients.
