Graco® manufactures lightweight, full-size and double strollers. Each of these stroller categories includes several types, features, styles, and colours.
Recalls and Safety Notifications
Registering a Graco stroller after you purchase it enables the company to inform you directly of any safety notifications or recalls. Safety notifications and product recalls can also be found on the Graco website. If the stroller you own is recalled, the website will provide information about remedies for the problem as well as any repair information you may need.
Graco sells many replacement parts for every stroller they manufacture. Replacement parts include everything from cup holders to axles. Simply visit the Graco website and type in the model number and either the serial number or year of manufacture. You'll then see a list of replacement parts available for purchase.
Warranties provided by Graco vary by product and by state. The standard limited warranty covers manufacturer defects noticed within one year of purchase. In such instances, Graco will repair or replace the stroller at no cost to you. Be aware, however, that you must provide the sales receipt to prove the purchase date. Also be aware that Graco chooses whether they want to replace or repair the stroller. If damage occurs after purchase, it may be covered by the limited warranty. The limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse of the product, improper maintenance, alteration or normal wear and tear.
